At YJEANS, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a simple and transparent 7-day hassle-free return & exchange policy.
Return & Exchange Guidelines
You can request a return or exchange within 7 days from the date of delivery.

Once approved, please allow 5–7 days for the returned product(s) to reach us.
Returns/Exchanges can be processed only once per order.
We provide reverse pick-up services where available.
A flat Rs. 200 reverse shipment fee will be deducted at the time of refund per order (not per item).
Pick-up attempts: Our courier partner will attempt pick-up twice. If unsuccessful, you will need to self-ship the order back to us.
Condition of Returned Products
Products must be returned in the same condition as delivered, with all original tags and packaging intact.
Products that are used, worn, washed, or returned in poor condition will not be eligible for refund/exchange.
Damaged / Wrong / Missing Products
If you receive a damaged, missing, or wrong product, please contact us immediately with pictures of the item.
For wrong product deliveries, please do not use the product and keep it in original condition for return.
In case of missing products, customers must provide an unboxing video as proof.
Unboxing Video Requirements:
Must clearly show the package with the shipping label.
Should be continuous (no pauses, cuts, or edits).
Must show all items inside the package properly.
Refunds
Refunds will be processed within 3–5 business days after the returned product passes quality check.
Prepaid Orders / Online Payments – Refund will be credited back to your bank account.
COD Orders – Refund will be issued as store credit valid for 60 days.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch from our warehouse.
Free Product / BOGO Sale Orders
Orders placed during Buy 1 Get 1 Free or similar promotions are not eligible for returns or refunds.
Self-Shipping for Returns
If reverse pick-up is not available in your area, please ship the product to our warehouse:

Please pack items securely and mention your Order ID & registered mobile number on the package.
Use a reliable courier service (we recommend Speed Post). Please avoid using “The Professional Couriers” as they are not accepted at our warehouse.
For self-shipped orders, once received and quality-checked, you will be refunded the product amount + Rs. 200 (courier charges).
Important Notes
Refunds will not be processed if products fail the quality check. In such cases, the items will be sent back to you.
The complete process may take 7–10 days including transit and refund time.
